Indeed. Makes it quite easy to move.
Takes the katana in both hands and stands ready.

A grin slides onto his face.
Ok, I'm going to have some fun with this one...
As Libra fires his two shots, Gunn sidesteps to the left, and as the butt of the shotgun speeds toward his head, he merely ducks, swinging his axe up, to catch the butt of the shotgun going over his head, sending it down, towards the ground, Libra with it.
The grin was wiped from his face, as he saw the BFG's bullet spiraling toward him, he gave a look of pure determination, and ducked low, heading toward Ellis, a wide grin streaking onto his face.
So nice of you to drop in... let's see how well you weild that katana.
He brings his axe up, and drags it down, in a fast diagonal slash at Ellis, still keeping in mind his other two opponents, Libra, falling toward the ground, and Kaz, staring blankly at the space Gunn had occupied just before the BFG was fired...

I roll to the side in mid fall, letting my right side impact as the force of me hitting the ground causes me to lose hold of my shotgun. I roll with the fall, and draw my two .45's and start to fire at Gunn

Ellis instinctively jumped back from the slash delivered by Gunn's axe, knowing full well that his thin katana could never block the philosopher’s heavy blade. As soon as NeoEllis regained his balance, he made a long horizontal slash at Gunn's neck, not knowing if he had the reaching distance or not to make the connection, only sure the best chance he had where those few openings.

He rolled with the axe's momentum, spinning his body and bringing the axe around behind him as the katana shot by his throat, too close, waaaaay too close. The axe came around at the perfect moment, Ellis' right side was open, the horozontal slash had left him open as the blade came around, with very little time to react to the axe speeding toward his right arm. The bullets were no trouble, Gunn's wind-like energy, controlled at will, shot up to defend him. The bullets impacted nothing but air, but the force was doing something else aswell...
A volkswagon was torn up from the street, flying sideways directly at Libra as he released torrent after torrent of bullets out from his .45's.
