OOC: We are on the ground. I have no qualms with that. My question that comes to mind is, if you had two blades to the knees, wouldn't you stumble and fall? I don't mind the grabbing of the face, but a shot to the kneecaps (in fact, being ki blades, you HAVE no kneecaps) would entail being off balanced, a HUGE reaction and a fit of pain. THAT is why I ask, how are you still standing? In the same way, if you're falling, how would your momentum even allow you to grab Sorrow's face, when he is down low and to the side? No matter. Now that I'm done, since this is how it's gonna be played, I will make my reply.
IC: Before Squall can fire a second shot to the face, however, in blind desparation, Sorrow, with hands still charged, grabbed the wrist with his right hand, and fired a ki blade. The shot tore through the wrist, wrecking the joint and shattering the bones within, therefore releasing the hold onto his now beaten face.
With Squall having no knees from the previous two attacks, and now a sudden shock with the loss of his wrist, Sorrow pushed Squall away with his feet, and used this moment to roll himself onto his hands and knees to shake off the cobwebs.
Assessment: Squall has a hole in his stomach, no knees to be able to walk, and lost one of his wrists. The only functional limb is the hand with the buster sword. Sorrow felt the blood trickle from his face, and his ears still ringing from the impact, so Squall still has some hope. In spite of this, however, Squall with the loss of blood and pain won't be all that mobile at all. This means an open opportunity, and one that Sorrow dos not intend to miss.
Putting his concentration, or what's left of it, into his will, he called Macabre back into his hand, and, using the massive weapon, slowly got back to his feet. Shaking the cobwebs, and running his hand through his face, Sorrow was no longer dazed, his eyes still on the fallen Squall. One lesson he has learned in all this, especially against one as stubborn as Squall: they tend to get especially dangerous when they're down. With Macabre pointing downwards, Sorrow slowly raised the weapon with one hand, and delivered a thrust aimed squarely at the chest...

ooc: as far I know we are in the air
ic: *Squall to the best of his efforts raised the buster sword in front of the shot*
I refuse to go down!
*Squall still floating in air, floated away from Sorrow. Pointing his palm at Sorrow he gathered as much energy as he could in this state of health and fired a massive amount of energy at Sorrow. Hopeing to prolong his deafeat a little longer*

OOC: You're gonna have to point that one out, because Sorrow is most definitely on the ground, not the air. Afterall, your character as I last noticed crashed to the ground, and Sorrow landed on his feet afterwards.

ooc:.....I'm confusing myself. I'm floatind above the ground because I know for a fact that I'm in the air, because I got back up and was floating in midair

OOC: Um... you got back up, but you never specified you were floating... even then, after two shots to the knees, I'm surprised he didn't go down holding his knees in pain, becuase frankly, I would, too. Whatever. If he's floating... next time... PLEASE specify... ^^;;;

Sorrow simply hopped to the side, the battering that he received having an effect on his ability to dodge. Nevertheless, he did, albeit stumbling over on the ground from the blast's impact. Sorrow simply smiled.
**pause**
"Aegis, man, if he can do such things, why shouldn't I?" he snickered.
"You friggin' wanted to test your mettle as a mere mortal," I shrugged.
"Eh... it's been fun," he shrugged back.
**Unpause**
Going by assumption he is in the air, Sorrow wiped the blood off his face once again, and shook off the last bit of cobwebs. Blood can be a nuisance, but he has regained much of his bearings. Dropping Macabre, the sword now floated in midair, waiting for its master's beck and call. Sorrow stepped onto the sword, and, using it like a board, lifted himself to the air to the floating Squall.
"Here I come," he snickered, and flew towards Squall.
EDIT: While I'm going with the whole midair thing, please quote the exact phrasing that says you're in the air.

.....ah crap....
*Squall pulled out a small dagger that was on his side. The blade suddenly turn into almost like a light saber, turning a dagger into a katana*
ok bring it on
ooc: while the blade is made out of light, its like a magic sword, thats it nothing special

His hands charged up and a pair of ki blades protruded from his hands. With that, he flew towards Squall, throwing a quick thrust to the throat with his left.

*Squall ducking as best as he could, the blade still hitting his shoulder, sliced open Sorrow leg, then tried to avoid the second ki blade*

Sorrow merely attacked with the thrust in his left, but saved the right for this opportunity.
With Squall ducking down, and Sorrow now going down as well in the momentum, Sorrow drove the right ki blade to Squall's skull as he went down, Macabre still holding him up.

*Squall put the dagger up in time to block the ki blade, expecting that to happen. Unforchantly it threw him off balance enough for him to land on his head right into the ground*
