No, not really. But I am going away for a while.
That while being...one week.
The time of my leaving: ...about one week away.
On the twenty-first, I'm going to Washington D.C. for one week for a school trip or something. No internet or anything. If anyone lives around there, post in this thread so I can see if I want to meet you. The reason I started this thread so early is...well, it's because I'm bored, really.

Have a good time. Try and partake in the free zoo-age. It's pretty cool. And free.

Have a good time, man. D.C. eh? Watch out for the steps to Lincoln's memorial (I think). Those stairs were freakin' steep. ; Felt like I was gonna fall backwards. I also felt sorry for the tall people, being that they get more wind/air. ;D

Ewww, a full week in DC? What's the trip exactly, 'cause you can see DC in about 20 hours; zoo, monuments, and all.

Well, it's not all DC, there's some Williamsburg, from what I understand, and it IS a long bus ride (what, about 10 hours? Probably more?)

And yes, D. C. (hmm... a bit ironic, no?), Williamsburg is about ten hours (drive time) away from Washington. Not a terrifically exciting place, but go see the blacksmiths if you can, they're neat. Oh, and go shopping, they sell the most interesting stuff.

Yep, DC will be livin' it up in DC. I will definitely check out the shops, and I wonder if I can buy a sword or anything cool like that. I wonder how much spending money I'll have...I also wonder if they'll LET me buy a sword or anything cool like that.
I agree, you definitely can't see DC in 20 hours. The smithsonians alone take perhaps 50 hours, and the zoo's got enough for 15 hours. The monuments...not much to see there. We're also going to the White House and Capitol and such.

At the very least, I hope to find a cool article of clothing, like an armlet, or even (god forbid) a cloak.
