Well, decided to start up an RPG based off a book series I've been reading published by Wizards of the Coast (No doubt there is an actual RPG/Card Game being produced already) The Clans of Rokugan www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=books/l5r/rokuganThe Families of the Clans www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=books/l5r/clansThe Beings of the Shadowlands (Think Mordor of LOTR) www.legendofthefiverings.com/factions/shadowlands.htmlBasic outline of character is needed, generally this is a samurai RPG, and so the weapons should be as appriopriate, no guns or cannons. The only long distance soldiers are the archers. Example would be my character: Name: Akodo Kenji Height: 5"6' (I'm pretty bad with the foot/inches thing, heh) Weapon(s) of choice: Daisho (Katana/Wakizashi combination) Eye color: Brown Hair color: Black Age: 32 Affiliation: Ronin (formerly of the Lion clan) Character Bio: Born in the year of the Spirit War, Akodo Kenji has been raised as the traditional Akodo samurai outlook. However, he believed that he would serve the people better away from the fortress of Shiro Akodo. More than protecting politicians. After a falling out with his father, he left, and used his sword only to protect the weak from bandits, and thieves. The storyline is simple, the demons of the Shadowlands have broken down the Great Walls that had kept their armies at bay for thousands of years. Now they seek to lay waste to Rokugan, and the Empire that had withstood the attacks of the Shadowlands for so long. The question is, will the Empire last this invasion?

Your RPG... intersts me, if your still willing to do it. I just finished watching Seven Samurai, so Im in the mood for something like this.
So, lets do this.
Name: Shosuro Sano Height: 6'4'' Weight: 220 (looks 160) Hair Color/ Style: Brown, Wolfwood Eye Color: Blue Facial Hair: 5-o'clock shadow (scruffy) Age: 25 Clothing: White Shirt, Black Leather vest, black pants, black boots, gloves and coat. Coat closed shut by black sash, which also holds the scabard to his weapon.
Occupation: Spy/ Assassin under employ of the Emporer
Weapon: Katana A highquality blade made out of folded steel and sharpened to a fine edge.
Fighting Style: The Flowing Blade Sano uses a fighting style unique only to him. His grip on the sword is similar to that of a ninjas, but where most ninjas attacks are focused on one opponent, his can be redirected and used to attack multiple foes with a flurry of multiple blows. The basis of this style is to take down the enemy with one attack, cutting the stomach, chest or neck (thouse who have seen the movie Equilibrium will know what Im talking about. This style was used by the main chracter)
Bio: Trained at a young age to be an assassin, he has been kept ignorant to the issues of the world. This keeps him unbiased to everyone, except his Emporer. But with the recent events, the Emporer has dispatched him to deal with this threat, and monitor anyone else who is involved with the conflict. Sano lives for the Emporer and considers himself and expendable weapon. He is the traditional assassin, cold, uncaring and merciless.
Well, Ive done my bit. Look over him, let me know what you think.

Considering the favor that Emperor Toturi III has had with the Scorpion Clan (which is pretty much where I believe your character originated from, as that he shares their philosphy) It is approved.

Say, Exiled, do we have permission to add your character into a couple of stories based on this storyline?

Of course. Have at it. Just out of curiosity, what story are you going to add him to? Well, it seems like those that would involve the emperor. Right now it's in the planning stages.
