The setting is that like Tokyo after the atomic bomb dropping, only located in Philadelphia. Japan had managed to drop a nuclear bomb during the second world war, and America felt it was easier and cheaper to not rebuild the city. A little over 50 years later, still in ruins, and very scarcely populated due to radiation fear after 50 years. Many of the few that live there are part of a local gang of some sort, which would explain more of the vandal and the reason against reconstruction.
I stand in Center City amongst it and its partially destroyed ruins, armed with my two 9mm Libra Colt Customs, my titanium plated machete, two daggers in my boots, and eight spare clips of ammunition around my body. Wearing my customary flight suit and my popular Mets jacket, lined with a thin 1/8th of an inch layer of Kevlar to slow bullet entry and to help prevent serious injury from sword slashes. Slung over my shoulder is a SuperDragon assault rifle. I am also wearing a back pack, which contains two field dressings, four spare 30 rd. clips for the machine gun, and two spare 6 rd. clips for the grenade launcher mounted in the gun itself. Six high fragmentation grenades are also in my bookbag, along with four smoke grenades. A 15x magnification scope is also in the bag for the SuperDragon, for makeshift sniping. The scope also has an infra red setting to see through smoke.
"This is a free for all battle. Battle will begin on Wednesday, the time pending on who will make the first move. Time prior to that will be talk and alliances. If you choose to buddy up due to closeness, that's fine. If you choose to buddy up due to cowardess, that's fine too. The more, the merrier. And last one out, hit the lights."

Sitting atop a rumbled heap is Manae, red cloak flowing behind him in the hot wind, revealing the latest in British personal armor: a composite titanium-and-plastics scale maille shirt, designed to stop both bullets and blades.
Strapped to his back is a light crossbow, with several bolts in a clip on his hip.
On his right hip is a short-barreled semi-auto shotgun, four rounds with a fifth in the chamber. Across a bandolier are ten more cartridges.
In a holster on his left thigh is a .45 Special Edition Smith and Wessen 6-shot revolver, high kick but even better stopping power. Five ready-to-load clips with six bullets each hang below the shotgun shells.
To complete the bandolier, two frag grenades and a stun grenade hang below the clips.
Besides the two knives in holsters in the front thirds of his belt, Manae's cache is completed by a special flak gun; a modified rifle with only a two-inch barrel. It's special rounds fragment into small needle-like slivers upon firing. The customized clip holds ten rounds in total.
Manae smirks from atop his perch.
What if they threw a war... and everyone came?
You need to be prepared...

*Ace leans against the wall of a decimated building. His single Walther PPK sits in a holster at his chest. There are four clips on the holster strap, and another three on his belt. He twirls his two Switchblades in his hands, knowing that these are all he'll need in this fight* Unlimited ammo?

Ellis enters the area, he comes from somewhere not of this waste land. More over, he appears to be unarmed....

I took the liberty of editing myself some weaponry before the set battle date, because I figured it would be alright. If anyone objects, speak now and I will edit it out. Otherwise, I'll assume it can stay and you can feel free to edit yourself some goodies, too.

Plague walks near the entrance of the field and waits for the first shoots to be fired so he can join the fun. He is armed with 2x Plague Customs mounted around his shoulders with 8 clips around his waist. Throwing knives hidden in his trench coat. With him he has his duffel bag full of goodies. In the duffel is his mini cross bow with his 8x traq bolts, 8x poison bolts, and 8x numb bolts (where they hit they numb). 2x Cyclone SMG with 50 round clip plus one in the chamber. 8 clips held in the trench. infra red goggles. 2x Katannas. And moujnted on the lower part of his leg is and mini sword.

Well, arguably everyone has carrying limits. If you're going to string one hundred clips to your body, you need somewhere to clip 'em and support the weight.
Slides a nightvision scope over his right eye... just in case.

Nope. Just as long as you can figure out how to tote them around, you're fine. I wouldn't reccomend bringing a lockbox of ammo, tho, but I think you know that... lol. I guess everyone was okay with me editing my weapons before the battle, then, right?

*As this fight was supposed to start two days ago, Ace makes the first move* Heh... It's time show these boys what fighting is. *Ace outs away his knives and picks up two rocks* These should do. *Darts from his starting place, across the street, and into a narow alleyway* Now I wait...

I was going to do this two days ago, I just never did...
Pulls out his revolver, spinning the chamber about before pointing it at Libra and firing for the head.

*I switch the SuperDragon to its grenade launcher mode and I fire a grenade round towards Manae, shortly after I narrowly escape the bullet*
