Well, finally defeated two Onimusha games, I'm saying two, I hate Onimusha 2's ability to be a jackass. That one mini-game is holding me up in it. Damnit! Anyway, the game ends with the final confrontation with Nobunaga, and ends with his being trapped in the Oni Gauntlet. I was disappointed. I thought he was going to be harder. I mean, I had more trouble with his wife than him! His Genma King mode was so big and clunky that he could hardly move! But, then, maybe it was because I maxed out all of my equipment, and that gave Samanosuke a big power boost, esspecially after
getting the Bishamon Sword, damn, that weapon can kick ass, one hit from the unlimited magic attacks, and normal enemies fall from it.
Eh, when they say that this is the last Onimusha game, they probably mean with Nobunaga in it, now, the ending has his [sarcasm]ever loyal[/sarcasm] general (remember that annoying little man who tried to get Samanosuke to join up with the Oda Clan in Onimusha 1? Yup, that's him), he's now controlling his own army, and it seems that when he dies, he'll be the one who comes back again.
Despite the disappointing ending fight with Nobunaga, there were some excellent points to it, for example the Oni Army rising to storm Azuchi Castle, which will end with the final battle at Honnoji Temple. You get to fight with Assault Rifles, and Shotguns with some characters. Also the movies were excellent, and I'm glad they left the story open for more games to come.
Aw, hell, since Cyg, and Ellis aren't here to protest this, but I fell over laughing after Samanosuke (in present day France) says that the usual method for the demons were to kill the weak first, and where was their first target in the present day world? France!
