In space, nobody can hear the beat.
Aries dances all alone to some serious techno, wearing an old school OZ spacesuit, getting down with the boogie on the gangway of his first-generation Taurus Full Vernian, often truncated down to 'TaurVer'. He's never been comfortable with the later generations produced by EllisIncom, but he has decked out his TaurVer to match some serious standards.
The TaurVer Custom is painted a glossy black and blue, decked with gold trim, toting its first generation shield, the twin grenade launchers removes to make room for a trio of straight-up micromissile tubes, each with a magazine of six missiles. TurnWraith Yards hadn't had to do much with the Mobile Suit's speed, turning and handling capabilities, being as EllisIncom had the suit well. The main focus had been on armament, and increasing the thrust ration to match to the original speed because of more mass. The TaurVer Custom sports a pair of shoulder-mounted fire-liked vulcans to supplement its chest-mounted guns, and both can be moved during the TaurVer's transformation sequence so they point forward when the Mobile Suit is in Waverider Mode.
Aries grins behind his helmet, turning down the music for a moment.
"Aries has always said he was the best pilot. Aries, of course, can prove it if someone is egotistical enough to want to take the title from him!"
"Welcome to Mecha Combat Humility 101! Your instructor be the Dark Aries!"

Aries grins, then drops back into his cockpit and raises the gangway.
The cockpit goes dark as Aries straps himself in, then his hand reaches out with knowing precision, stabbing a button on his console.
The cockpit lights, screens, and consoles come to an eerie life, painting Aries's spacesuit with their color.
Aries grins, then looks up, as the TaurVer begins to move.
He does a quick check on his radar screen. Mild debris cloud to his nine o'clock high, an old mining sattelite that could prove useful behind him, and a second smaller artificial sattelite orbiting it.
And coming towards him, his opponant.
"Oooooookie-doooookieee!!"

*I am boosting torwards him in my Wing Omega in Neo-Bird mode....* "You are too slow to catch me in that since you are a human and the Taurus suits are to manouverable for a human to cope with at maximum G's. (thats 9 G btw lol)" *I fire 2 shots from the Buster Rifle (seperated in 2 in Neo-Bird mode, look at pics of it in Neo-Bird mode ) then I boost round the side of Aires and come in behind aiming for the back and I fire 2 more shots....* OOC: you would struggle to avoid those shots altogether since each one has the power of Wing Gundams buster rifle when it is sperated in 2, also with them being apart the beams would cause you not to be able to manouver left or right at alll ;D

Aries handles his situation quickly and expertly.
First off, as the Gundam circles about him and fires, he throws the TaurVercus into High Output Mode, slimming its silhouette and presenting its left wing towards the Gundam. At the same time, he realizes that he's going to be slagged unless he moves. He quickly throws his throttle in reverse and backs off, the beams lancing overhead.
Despite the fact that Vannie's technically violating a few rules of RP, he allows him a little credit as it plays out, that he locked onto him even as he threw it in reverse.
In response, he throws his throttle forwards to full, being slammed back into his seat, the TaurVercus spitting forth, singing its armor on the trailing ends of the first two shots. The other two shots skip below him, as Aries begins to pull into a roll to port, towards the Gundam.
Okay, both Wing designs have one main weakness, he muses to himself. The buster rifles are only good for three full-power, full-spread shots. The fact that he just wasted two from each is something of a comfort, but getting him to burn the third might take some work.
The TaurVercus, to prevent the Wing Omega from getting a lock on it, fires its thrusters and stops its forward motion, hanging in space.
Aries grins, then raises his shield to present its base to the Gundam, then fires off three of his eighteen micromissiles. The projectiles lock, home, adjust, and burn in at the novice pilot.

OOC: Im a little confused on where you got that info about the Buster Rifle, Wing Gundam is the only suit that can fire 3 times, Wing Zero's buster rifle can fire atleast 7 times. So please explain to me, Im confused

(Take it up in tech talk. Whether Aries is right or not, still your move, an' you're still targeted.)

*As Aries fires the micromissles I point the nose of the Suit at the incoming projectiles and I fire a short burst from the BR completely vaporizing them, then i transform into Mobile Suit mode and await aires next move...*

Aries nods, halfway expecting that.
A feather touch on his controls lurches the TaurVercus into Mobile Suit mode. The yellow sensor eye gleams out menacingly, then Aries brings his right arm up, the muzzle of his beam machine gun glaring down at the Gundam menacingly.
"Missiles come, and missiles go," he hums to himself as his aiming reticle goes red. "But beams are known more deadly."
He hits his trigger and starts pulsing out beams in rapid semiautomatic fire.

*I use the verniers to push me upwards and around anti-clockwise thus avoiding the beam, I then boost in at Aries while firing my head mounted cannons at the other suits torso, and also I place the BR in the left and withdraw the beam saber....*

Aries grins, boosting upwards in a quick dodge, the vulcan shots skirting below the TaurVercus's feet.
What Vannie fails to realize, however, is that the beam weapon he carries could liken more to the Hygogg's cannons rather than the standard single-fire beam fire.
It takes little more than a slight shift of the arm to bring the Wing Omega back into line, even as he boosts upwards.
Not waiting for a lock, he relies more on quantity of fire rather than accurate quality. And it wouldn't matter in either case.
The TaurVercus's finger had never left the trigger.
Effectively, Aries had wound up filling the space before the Wing Omega with beam fire, and was angling in to get a more accurate shot at it. And inertia would not allow a slam-stop in the case.
The Wing Omega was now essentially flying into a wall of beam fire.

*I point my Buster Rifle in the direction of the incoming beams and I fire a large burst that hurls towards Aries and it disapates all the incoming beams towards me......*

(Okay, Aries needs to establish something before Aries wallops you here. Aries is pretty sure that beam blasts can and have slagged Gundanium before, unless you've got the expensive and not-very-practical anti-beam coating that Deathscythe Hell was LUCKY to have.)
(Zorak, Ellie, somebody, would you agree with Aries that Vannie would have taken a good deal more damage than would have been lead to believe here?)

OOC: Remember that Gundanium can take alot of that without much damage so.... *I place my shield infront of me, taking the hits but minimal damage is done to the shield (remember its a thick shield lol) and I get in close melee range and I swipe my beam saber down onto the Beam Cannon...* OOC: Uhh...beams have a tendancy to cut through ANY armor, Van...

(Plus, the Gundams of Wing, much as Aries hates, and loves, to say it, were not really realistic. The five pilots had some major character shields on them, which kept them and their suits from being slagged.)
(Hereabouts, you're a lot more vulnerable.)
